Cancellation & payment terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective rate description, the following conditions apply:
Standard rate
You may cancel your stay free of charge up to and including 14 days before arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Our cancellation policy applies exclusively to the accommodation rate or nightly rate:
- From 13 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Different conditions apply for stays over Christmas and New Year:
- Free cancellation up to and including 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 100% of the total amount will be charged
- In the event of no-show, unused nights, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Payment terms:
Upon completion of the booking, a deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. The deposit may be paid by credit card.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 13 days before arrival.
A deposit serves as a guarantee for your booking.
Important information:
To help you avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and for mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out “Hotelstorno Plus” or “Hotelstorno Premium” travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts pursuant to Section 18 (1) item 10 of the FAGG.
